Position:
1. ADMIN, SALES ORDER
TAKER

Job Descriptions:
- Performs an effective order management on order process cycle to deliver in consistent manners and meeting agreed customer service level
- Monitor sales order until invoice from end to end
- Acts as a central contact point for customer support management pertaining to enquiry / issue in relations to order, delivery, and invoices by channels (as per assigned) by providing accurate information and timely response as well as attends to customer grievance/complaint and provides resolution
- Responsible on order processing through manual order registration in SAP system – Key Account, OPU, Retail
- Handling to delete all orders for obsolete product from E-Service and recreated new order with correct new product SKU
- Follow standard of operating procedures and complete all tasks as assigned by the Superior and Sales Team
- Ensure the pricing Direct customers order in PO as per updated in ECC system including TP before creating the orders. Any discrepancy, Order Taker have to refer back to Sales Team
- To resolve all major and minor lubricants inquires and other order related issues – resolve IDOC issues
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Diploma in Marketing / Business Studies / Administration / Management or related disciplines.
- Cumulative at least 1 year worth of experience related to sales and marketing
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers̢۪ needs and provide answers, paths, troubleshooting help, or methods for positive customer experience
- Experience in SAP system would be an added advantage
- Excellent English & local language verbally (Malay) and written communication skills (the ability to connect and interact with sales & customers)
- Passionate, goal-oriented & willing to work in a team
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
