Jawatan Kosong di Malayan Flour Mills Berhad
MFM is a forerunner in Malaysia's flour milling sector. On October 15, 1966, the modern flour mill in Lumut, Perak, worth RM40 million was officially opened by the late Tunku Abdul Rahman, who served as Malaysia's first prime minister. In his remarks, the late Dr. Lim Swee Aun, former minister of commerce and industry, referred to the mill as the "pride of the nation."
The mill's founder, the late Datuk David L.F. Sung, a well-known banker and businessman of Hong Kong, had long cherished dreams that were realized with the mill's opening. Datuk Sung is descended from a family whose founders established the first mechanically operated grain mill in China in Shanghai in 1890. In order to meet the needs of the local market, Datuk Sung determined Malaysia to be the best location for establishing a cutting-edge flour mill. His establishment went on to become a staple in the flour-milling sector.
