Jawatan Kosong di Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri Pahang (SPANP)
According to Commission Enactment No. 22/1960, the Pahang State Public Service Commission (SPANP) was created in 1960. Then, on January 1, 1992, SPANP Enactment No. 7/1991 took effect, repealing SPANP Enactment No. 22/1960 and replacing it.
By Clause 4(4), the following individuals make up this Commission:
(A Chairman.)
ii) A Deputy Chairman; and iii) At least four (4) Members, all of whom shall be nominated by the King in line with Section 4 (2) of SPANP Enactment No. 7/1991, at his discretion but after taking the Menteri Besar's opinion.
