Since its inception in 1974, BSN has grown to include more than 7,000 staff members, 401 branches, 872 automated teller machines (ATMs), 372 cash deposit machines (CDM), and more than 6,000 registered banking agents (also known as Ejen Bank BSN or EB BSN) all across the nation. In Malaysia, BSN has more than 9.1 million customers who have made retail deposits totaling RM14.7 billion. In July 2015 (as of).
